  • 1 Bag of Tortilla Chips
  • Medium Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • Pulled Pork
  • Bacon
  • Coleslaw
  • BBQ Sauce
  • Directions:

    Slow cook the pork. Cook the bacon, let it cool and crumble. Place half of the tortilla chips in the pan. Sprinkle with medium cheddar cheese. Place other the other half of the tortilla chips and cover with cheese. Top with the pork and bacon and drizzle with BBQ sauce. Begin the oven heating to 250 and place the nachos in. It is best to put them in the oven while it is heating so they can heat slowly and not overcook. Let cook 10-15 minutes until the cheese is all melted. Remove, top with coleslaw and BBQ sauce. Enjoy.
