  • 1 Bag of Tortilla Chips
  • Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • Provolone Cheese, shredded
  • 1 Lb. Sausage
  • 5 oz. Pepperoni
  • 5 oz. Salami
  • Banana Peppers
  • Red Onion
  • Italian Seasoning
  • Directions:

    Cut pepperoni and salami into fourths. Dice the onions. Place half of the tortilla chips in the pan. Sprinkle mozzarella and provolone cheese. Place other the other half of the tortilla chips and cover with cheese. Sprinkle with sausage, pepperoni, salami, banana peppers, red onions and italian seasoning. Begin the oven heating to 250 and place the nachos in. It is best to put them in the oven while it is heating so they can heat slowly and not overcook. Let cook 10-15 minutes until the cheese is all melted. Remove and Enjoy.
