All American 4th of July Barbecue

No matter where you plan to spend the 4th of July holiday, or who you plan to spend it with, a barbecue is always in order!
From the menu, to the guests, to the location-it should be easy to prepare and pull off, allowing you, the host, time to enjoy yourself and your guests. At Kitchola we have put together some 4th of July Barbecue ideas to get the wheels turning. From menu to theme to easy decor-it’s all here for you.
The first thing I do when planning a patriotic social is go through my house and grab anything and everything red, white and blue. This year I even grabbed any towels in those colors since our 4th of July barbecue will be poolside. Surrounded by red, white and blue puts me in the mood and gets the creative juices flowing.

Next, decide who you will invite.
Once you know who you will be entertaining you can choose a menu.
Will you have a guest list full of mature pallets that enjoy something a little more social column worthy? Is a traditional fare more to the liking of your friends and family? Will there be children there, or anyone with special dietary requirements?
From there it takes off! Use some of our ideas here or come up with your own. We hope that our 4th of July barbecue ideas get you off and running, and that you and yours enjoy a safe, happy holiday!
